For the Petitioner/s :

Sri Anil Kumar Singh, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. Earlier, by order dated: 19.09.2018 a report was called for regarding the present stage of the case, which has been received and kept at flag "A". The report contained in letter no. 56 dated - 27.09.2018 indicates that commencement of trial had delayed earlier due to the reason that discharge petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner. Now the discharge petition has already been rejected and the case is fixed for framing of charge.

In view of the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to re-consider the prayer for grant of bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39364 of 2018(3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 The prayer for grant of bail stands rejected with observation that the learned trial court may take all steps so that after commencement of trial the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.

It is made clear that if appearance of other accused is not secured, the learned trial court may take steps for proceeding with the case by way of separating the cases of other accused persons.
