The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was not considered by this Court and it was rejected vide order dated 17.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 80446 of 2019 on the ground that the injuries sustained by Champa Devi was grievous in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer on the fresh ground that all the disputes between the parties have amicably been resolved and they are residing together in cordial atmosphere. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57156 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 dated 22.3.2022 is annexed with the record.

The present petition is being disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, it shall be disposed of on the same day, without being prejudiced by the order dated 17.01.2022. The learned court below shall take notice of the fact that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
