In the last paragraph of order dated 08.02.2017, the name of the court as well as the police station case number has wrongly been mentioned as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.248 of 2016', which should be read as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.297 of 2016.'

The order dated 08.02.2017 is corrected to the extent indicated aforesaid.

Let the period of surrender be extended for further two weeks.
