The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allow the benefit of three A.C.P.'s to the petitioner as the petitioner retired from the post of Circle Officer and during his service period no promotion was given to the petitioner and further prays to fix the pension on revised pay scale and also pay the dues arrear amount which payable to the petitioner and due salary of June and July, 2011 which has not been paid to the petitioner till date.

3. The matter has been taken up out of turn on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and is being disposed of at this stage with consent of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing, submits that a representation dated 09.07.2013 has been filed before the Collector, Begusarai for redressal of the petitioner's grievances which is still pending. It is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with an appropriate direction to the Collector, Begusarai for disposal of the said representation.

5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Begusarai (respondent no. 7) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2013 (Annexure-8) said to have been filed before the Collector, Begusarai, if still pending, on its own merit and after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
