The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 361 of 2014 registered under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation petitioner was appointed as a driver of the vehicle of the informant and informant sent him to Patna with vehicle, but he did not return the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in jail custody since 19.05.2014. It is further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 361 of 2014.
