Having regard to the fact that the impugned order of punishment dated 01.03.2012, was capable of being made subject matter of appeal, which is statutory in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ application which was filed on 22.01.2015, assailing the order of disciplinary authority dated 01.03.2012.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
