Misc. No. 23560 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(I) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015.

Permission is accorded.

The modification application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order dated 18.05.2016, passed by this Court in the present modification application, stands vacated. Further, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23560 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16515 of 2016 (7) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 2015 in the aforesaid Buxar(I) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 is hereby cancelled.
