The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2018 in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the recovery of one mobile no other allegation has been leveled against the petitioner but yet he has been put behind the bars, as in the possession of other persons the certain arms had been recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43362 of 2018 (4) dt.10-08-2018 case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, District Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha (Dharampur) P.S.
