The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1)(B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Jai Shankar Tiwari and Md. Aftab were apprehended by the police and they disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.01.2014. Md. Aftab and Jai Shankar Tiwari have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
