Petitioner is accused of Pupri P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

In relation to the missing of the 20 years old daughter of the informant, the F.I.R. was lodged on 22.09.2015. Four persons excluding the petitioner are named therein. On retrieval, the girl was produced for her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.. In her such statement (Annexure-2), she has stated that on her own volition, she got married with the petitioner. Mr. Jha states that the girl is living in the house of the petitioner as his wife as the Magistrate released her in favour of the mother of the petitioner.

No.16987 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 Considering the above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the Court below within four weeks, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Pupri P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with a further following condition that one of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
