2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 1236 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304, 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals were found involved in snatching of motorcycle and mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the reading of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is a dreaded criminal of the area and there was a reward of Rs. 50,000/- upon the petitioner. He is accused in seven more cases which includes the cases of murder etc.

7. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
