Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 30 of 2021.

As per allegation, the petitioner and his family members kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with intent to marry her with the son of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is the father of co-accused Akaksh Pandey against whom there is allegation of intent to marry with the victim girl. He has submitted further that both parties are next-door

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67092 of 2021(2) dt.02-06-2022 2/2 neighbours and the entire family has falsely been implicated. In Cr.Misc. No. 49281 of 2021, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Patna in connection with Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 30 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
