The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.31830 of 2015. In view of the fact that once earlier this Court had, taking note of the fact that the petitioner's wife had expired after passing of the order, extended the time for a further period of nine months, vide order dated 30.03.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.10488 of 2016, this Court is not inclined to grant any further extension of time.

Accordingly, the modification application stands dismissed.
