ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 18.10.2014 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in S.Tr. No. 207 of 2014 arising out of Riga P.S. Case No. 89 of 2013.
Having gone through the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
