JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of Memo No. Comp-1 dated 6.6.2013 issued by the District Education Officer-cum-District Programme Officer, Banka, by which the engagement of the petitioner on contractual basis as Night Guard has been terminated. The petitioner was engaged as Night Guard in Kasturba Gandhi Residential School, Sahu Pokhar, Banka. The said School is being run under the scheme 'Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan'. Engagement of teaching and non-teaching staffs is made on contractual basis. No statutory right has accrued in favour

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application stands dismissed.

The dismissal of the writ application will not come in the way of the petitioner, if he would like to move the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievances. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U
