Patna High Court CWJC No.25453 of 2013 (4) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 Annexure-3, passed by respondent no. 5, Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 25 of 2012. If such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks along with the application for condonation of delay, then the Appellate Authority may consider to condone the delay in view of the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 2013.
Accordingly, this application is permitted to be withdrawn.
