Petitioners, in the present case, are seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 06.10.2012 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kisanganj in Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 113/2012 U/S 420, 406, 341, 323, 354/34 IPC.
No case for interference with the impugned order is made out.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioners have already paid the entire amount to the informant.
