NATH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2017 Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there was no advice granted by this Court to the petitioners to file the present application at the time when the prayer for withdrawal of C.W.J.C. No. 15284 of 2013 was granted by order dated 22.02.2016 passed in the said case. It has been further stated that the submission has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in misconception on 24.06.2016. In view of the aforesaid stand on behalf of the petitioners, this Court does not find any reasons to interfere with the impugned order after the order dated 22.02.2016 passed in the C.W.J.C. No. 15284 of 2013.

The application is accordingly, dismissed.
