The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol and 500 grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned Senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner was subsequently implicated in one another case which has been stated in the supplementary affidavit. He is in custody since 9.8.2021 and chargesheet has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case no. 207 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Muzaffarpur.
