Heard.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.304 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner and the opposite party no.2 submit that at present, they are living together happily and there is no dispute in between them.
