Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation on 25.12.2023 before the Commandant, BSAP-7, Katihar, as contained in Annexure P- 5 of the writ petition, for the redressal of his grievance but the same is still pending and the concerned authority may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.
