Patna High Court CWJC No.1738 of 2013 (7) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar. The petitioner, if so advised, may bring on record the order dated 04.03.2014 passed by this Court.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
