Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no. 8 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 8 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
