JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 Perused the report at flag 'P". The learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad has informed that the charge has already been framed in this case and now altogether eight prosecution witnesses have been summoned as the case is fixed for evidence. At this stage, this Court is not willing to grant regular bail to the petitioner, instead the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad shall ensure that all the official witnesses such as Doctor and Investigating Officer must present themselves on the date fixed in the matter and he will ensure that the trial is not lingered because of non-availability of the prosecution witness.
