4) and communicated vide memo no. 222 dated 02.04.2013 by the respondent no. 5 whereby and whereunder the petitioners, who are the Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika respectively of Chainpur East, Centre No. 107 under the Patna Sadar Block - 1, have been removed.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners accepts that there is a provision for appeal against the impugned order.
3. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not
