JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.07.2014 and he carries criminal antecedent of several cases and moreover, it appears from perusal of the written report of the informant that earlier he escaped from Court Hazat.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chandramandih P.S.Case No. 51 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

No.3371 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible preferably, within seven months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order and, if, trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the above stated period of seven months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
