Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner appears to be pick-pocketer and he was caught with stolen cash just after the alleged crime and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Patna Jn. (Rajendra Nagar) G.R.P.S. Case No. 336 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within four months from the date of
