Petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the maternal great grandfather-in-Law of the informant. From perusal of the post mortem report, it appears that no external injury has been found on the person of the deceased and cause of death could not be ascertained as such Viscera has been sent for chemical examination. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
