The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification in the order dated 07.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3778 of 2024, whereby the petitioners were granted thirty days' time from the date of receipt of the order to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Darbhanga Mahila PS case No. 25 of 2023, for extending the time by further two weeks, on the ground that due to certain personal reasons the petitioners could not surrender in time as mentioned in the order dated 07.02.2024. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62062 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 07.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3778 of 2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and two weeks' further time is allowed to surrender in terms of the order dated 07.02.2024. 4.

Accordingly, the modification petition stands disposed of.
