JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused Sattan Yadav and Dilip Yadav and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and the case of this petitioner stands on better footing to that of co-accused Dilip Yadav from whose conscious possession, some looted cash had been recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16221 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with session trial no. 153 of 2016 arising out of Kotwali( Adampur) P.S.Case No. 318 of 2015.
