The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1. That the present writ petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to concerned authority for consideration, adjudication and final order of promotion to them against next higher post i.e., in trained graduate scale from the date junior were promoted on or after completing the process required under the law within reasonable time as well as further prayer relates for consequential benefits by virtue of the promotion in shape of promotional avenue with litigating
Patna High Court CWJC No.21862 of 2014 (2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 cost for unnecessary harassment and for the other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated herein after."
The petitioner had filed a representation for redressal of his grievance before the respondent no. 3, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada. The matter has already been referred to the respondent no. 3, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada, vide Annexure-3 through the Block Education Officer, Rajauli, and the same is still pending before him.
Considering the reliefs as sought for in the present writ application, the respondent no. 2, the District Education Officer, Nawada, is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
