The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jairampur P.S. Case No. 53/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was returning six persons intercepted him and looted away money, mobile and other articles.

It is submitted that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioners figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mantu Paswan from whose possession looted article was recovered, but it appears that

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
