The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise P.S. Case No.55 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery of liquor has been made from the house of co-accused Mukti Tiwary. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
