Patna High Court CWJC No.14404 of 2013(4) dt.11-09-2017 2/2 of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher in pursuant to the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa in Appeal No.05/2012 dated 26.09.2012 in connection with Kathdumar Gram Panchayat in question, whereby the Appellate Tribunal directed the selection committee of the said Panchayat for appointment of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Saharsa under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
