JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Only two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent but, even then, the Sessions Judge, Araria, rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 14.12.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class Araria in connection with Bousi P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015.
