JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the respondents have not finally decided the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner died in harness on 01.08.2017 and thereafter petitioner submitted his application for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment. Considering the idea behind compassionate appointment to tide over the financial crisis on account of untimely death of the bread-earner, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
