Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondent no.2, i.e., the Collector, Samastipur district by filing Misc. Case No.2 of 2014 under Section 21 of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947. It is submitted that the case is still pending. In the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this
Patna High Court CWJC No.4241 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Court would direct the respondent no.2 to take a final decision in the Misc. Case No.2 of 2014 after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if the same has already not been passed.
This writ application stands disposed of.
