No.1665 of 2016 arising out of Bagan Gola P.S. Case No.55 of 2016 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23473 of 2017 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 201 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
