The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is own brother of the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sharpedged weapon on his neck, but on perusal of the injury report (Annexure 2), it appears that the informant got three abrasion injuries; one on the left side of neck-two parallel line 2"x1/4", another on right hand and the third, on left hand. All the injuries are simple in nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6124 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Shri N.K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Pali P.S. Case No.52 of 2014.
