2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No. 154/ 2025 dated 25.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 309(4) and 309(6) of the BNS. Later on section 317(3) of the BNS was added on 26.03.2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, has been languishing in jail since 26.03.2025, the investigation against him has been completed and the informant has entered into a compromise. It is lastly submitted that a similarly situated co-accused, Vikash Kumar, has been granted bail by a co-

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner and submits that the looted motorcycle was recovered from his possession.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order. Though, the instant matter relates to loot however considering the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his young age and completion of investigation against him, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No. 154/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.

6. If the trial court proceeds with the trial for the alleged offences against the petitioner then he will be released after framing of charge and if the charges are not framed against him within the next one month in that case, he will be released as per the above directions.
