Mr. A. N. Sinha, GP-XI ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.
(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities for grant of two increments to the petitioner i.e. year 09.08.2000 and 01.08.2001 which were stopped by the Respondent Authorities.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities
Patna High Court CWJC No.13858 of 2013(2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 to allow the interest amount at the rate of 12% to the petitioner on the amount given to petitioner with full consequential benefit at later stage i.e. the year 2011 in the light of order dated 04.01.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10050 of 2005 although the notional promotion of the petitioner was allowed from Junior Engineer to Assistant Engineer vide order dated 19.11.2009 with effect from 01.04.1994 due date of promotion.
Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.3 i.e. The Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department, Bisheshwaraiya Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna for redressal of his grievance. The Respondent No.3 shall consider and pass a reasoned and detailed order in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
