The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 160 liters of country made liquor from the tempo of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
