2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, as prayed in the writ application, the petitioner has filed representations before respondent nos.3 to 6 but no response has been given by them as yet.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation along with all supporting documents before the Director, National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, Medical Enclave, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi (respondent no.3) within two weeks from today and respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within three weeks thereafter after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of the order within the stipulated period.
