The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not issue any cheque. The cheque of the petitioner was stolen. The informant himself was an agent of Bima Company. The petitioner did not take any money from the informant but it appears that petitioner issued a cheque of Rs. 8,000/- towards payment of insurance premium and the same was dishonoured. The petitioner is ready to pay the amount of cheque within one month.

If the petitioner, above named, pays Rs. 8,000/- to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17237 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 informant through bank draft within one month from today and surrenders before the learned court below then he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015( G.R. No. 5519 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
