The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case in which he is on anticipatory bail. The informant alleges that he had withdrawn Rs.2,60,000/- from the S.B.I., Kopa Branch for customers of C.S.P. which was kept in the dickey of the motorcycle. When he reached near Shadpur Chatar village then he was intercepted by three accused and forcibly snatched Rs.2,60,000/- from the dickey along with other articles as detailed in the FIR and fled away on the motorcycle and accused were in the age group of 25 to 30 years.

No.66994 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Dhruraj @ Sonu Singh which has no evidentiary value.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and further one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his mother Imaman Khatun.
