Patna High Court CWJC No.4542 of 2013 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 under the "Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan" and the appointments of the teachers are made on contractual basis. The appointment of the petitioner was made for a fixed period of one year, which has already been expired. The extension to such contractual appointment is given subject to the performance of the teacher. The performance of the teacher can best be assessed by the Selection Committee itself. These are basically administrative matters, which must be left in the hands of the authority, because they are the competent persons to take care of such issues. With the aforesaid liberty, the present application stands disposed of.
