This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner, whose prayer was earlier dismissed as withdrawn, after some argument, on 21.07.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 19212 of 2014 in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. Hence, there appears no reason to entertain the present one. In view of the above, this application is hereby dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below immediately with a prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit, in accordance with prevailing law. It is made clear, in the event petitioner fails to surrender before the Court below immediately, the Court below is directed to take all coercive steps, permitted under law to ensure his appearance/apprehension. With the above direction, this application stands disposed of.
