JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Karpi P. S. Case No. 46 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 149, 427, 353 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submissions advanced at the Bar that nine co-accused persons having similar allegation to that of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21215 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 the petitioners have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9798 of 2016 as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Karpi P. S. Case No. 46 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
