Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S.Case No. 214 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's son had gone, in the morning, for taking bath in the river but did not return back. Later on, his dead body was found in the river and informant raised suspicion against accused persons as due to enmity they had given threatening four day back to kill his son. Submission is that there is no eye witness in this case, merely on suspicion on account of previous enmity, petitioner has been made accused in this case and he has only one case under Section 307 I.P.C. in which he is on bail and petitioner has been in custody since 25.09.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17864 of 2018(6) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Sunil Rai, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM8, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017.
