04.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Court is inclined to agree with the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the evidence is circumstantial against him, therefore, benefit ought to be given to him at this stage.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000 /- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Muzaffarpur (West), in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No. 150 of 2014 (G. R. No. 1115 of 2014).

One of the sureties will be executed by either

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50213 of 2014 (4) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 the elected representative or a government servant and other by a close blood relation.
